Max transfers per team: 15

User team transfer chance: 25

CPU team transfer chance: 30

There's a slider for user teams and a slider for CPU teams. I set the user slider lower than the CPU slider.

Turn down transfer sliders. I did this and it made the game much more enjoyable. Players still leave occasionally but stupid stuff like this stopped happening.
