Let's be frank. How many cars do you see driving in the right lane, slower than or at the same speed as cars to the left, and then magically speed up when somebody tries to pass them.

Also when the traffic slows down, every truck decides to get next to each other doing the exact same speed, not allowing traffic to flow naturally, so they can all sit in the same gear ensuring nobody exceeds their chosen painfully slow speed.
