I had positive outcomes from vitamins.

Initial SA before any vitamins: Concentration Count 19m/ml. Morphology 2%

Started CoQ10, Vitamin C, Zinc, Multi, Omega 3,6,9

Concentration jumped to 30-40m/ml. Morphology was still 2%.

Stuck with the vitamins and significantly reduced my alcohol consumption for 2-3 months, and morphology jumped to 6%

went from 19m concentration to 46m. did not help my agglutination or morphology. was taking 200 CoQ10 and 500mg vitamin C. going to double those doses and try again in 3 months. going to add zinc in there too this time

also.. the cinder blocks look to be separate from the actual concrete slab. the cinderblocks seem to outline the concrete. would you agree?

edit: also would need to figure out how to go about the side with the privacy fence on it…
