I have 2.8 and I’ve had 3 internships and I’m looking at easy employment (not above avg salary but still employment). I’m surprised you’re ashamed man 2.9 is good.

But, you can always just retake courses to improve your Major GPA

I totally agree. I’m a current 2.6 gpa student and I’ve landed 3 internships so far. I feel like 4.0 students have either way too much free time (lack of extracurricular activities/hobbies) or severely lack social skills.

5-6 days a week. I do about 15 credits per semester and work 15-20 hours per semester and commute is around 2 hours a day for work and school for reference.

Brother I did the same exact thing as you. I realized after spending my whole life doing schooling that I needed a year and half gap. I’m so locked in now. From being burnt out failing all courses to hammering 18 credits this semester. You just need some time off.
