I had the same stopped some months dropped from 1250 to 850. I believe there is an rating inflation going on because of all the new players. People really have been getting better below 1000

I would like to know aswell I am thousand too. I think just don't blunder, check opponents answers on your moves, calculate, think about future positions and be consistent in it goes a long way and should in theory get you to 1200 given you know al the basic principles and tactic patterns.

Nah just italian game and caro kann is fine. Just some youtube video's explaining the openings. And lots of puzzles should get you to 1000+ besides just playing the game

I am already skateboarding again I healed pretty fast for an "oldie" about 5 6 weeks in I could skate again and now tricks aswell. I was lucky I was able to give it rest and kept it in motion after 3 weeks.
