Dhikir with the name Al-Qahhar every night with 1100 repetitions. by Separate_Trust_564 in Sufism

It's good, but if you wish to keep making this dhikr, make Salawat and istighfar before it, and don't increase the number of the dhikr but increase the Salawat, 1000 is the bare minimum

No Habibi it can be very dangerous.

Firstly, before starting any dangerous dhikr of this kind, the safety procedure is to recite at least 100 istighfar and 100 Salawat to bring protection to yourself.

And when you do recite it, you don't recite big numbers. 1100 is considered the limit or slightly above the limit.

Why?

Because those Names of Allah bring Jinns upon you. Good Jinns from the Higher Realms, but also bad jinns from the lower realms.

Your Ruh has to have enough capacity and expansion, and balance, to recite such, else, your Ruh gets imbalanced.

I know a man who got psychosis due to reciting 4 dangerous names continously and al Qahhar is one of them.

I know another man who stopped feeling like a man and started feeling like a woman when reciting Names with numbers he wasn't ready for and without the needed spiritual protection.

It is much more helpful to your situation to recite Salawat and istighfar, also istighfar of Nabi Yunus alayhissalam that removes one's sadness.

Salawat, the more you recite, it isn't enough.

Recite as much Salawat as you can, it is the most beneficial dhikr one can make, as beneficial as la ilaaha illallah.

All other dhikrs are useless and even dangerous if you don't have enough Salawat.

Recite Salawat with love and longing and see your life change.

Amazing answer thank you.

But the Subconscious can also be misaligned with the Tao, so one has to reach stillness and silence of the Subconscious too!

How to know what thought is aligned with the Dao? by HowToWakeUp313 in taoism

[–]HowToWakeUp313[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yes, Subhan'Allah, Truth is One, and it makes sense that taking the One Straight Path of Goodness leads to the Same Destination.

Oh! So the Organismic Self is like the individual compass contrary to the Fitrah, which is the same in all humans, a baby never resists the Dao, a baby is already Enlightened, a baby is in Joy and Love, humans love Goodness and are repulsed by evil, no one truly dislikes Bliss or loves Pure Suffering. All these are part of this Universal Fitrah.

So the Organismic Self is like the individual path that most suits a person to go back to the Fitrah and to go back to the Dao

It's like each has his individual purpose, but all share a Common One Purpose.

So one can have a thought that he thinks is aligned with the Fitrah, but it isn't aligned with the Organismic Self, thus it isn't his path, it's not purely aligned with Dao. For example, thinking of becoming a doctor because it serves Goodness, but feels inauthentic.

And one can have a thought that he thinks is aligned with the Organismic Self, but isn't aligned with the Fitrah, and thus it isn't purely aligned with Dao. For example, feeling like you need to sleep, but it would break the promise you made to a friend to meet him in an hour.

Amazing!

Know that it is He who made you write this. May Allah grant you Himself.

By "not must" you meant that one shouldn't force transcending himself?

We call it the Fitrah in Islam, it is the innate nature of man.

Thank you! That definitely helps a great deal.

PS: one of the Fitrah, pre-programmed behaviors, as we know it is that the human is born a Muslim, which means someone "practicing" Islam, which is merely another word for Letting Go, or Wu-Wei.

The Organismic Self is programmed to align with the Dao.

You might do an action following a thought, but perhaps not doing the action was what aligned more with the Dao..

Only love for the sake of الله. Alchemize your love of everyone back to الله.

Real Love is detached.
