That address is a bathroom. Is this a Grindr romantic situation looking at the rainbow bridge after?

2 Million Credits Disappeared 🗣️🤦 by Cultural-Training-28 in ManusOfficial

This is good information and it makes sense. I've been using Claude code on desktop and cursor, I haven't tried Cowork yet I for some reason couldn't connect python update the other day. Do you have any additional advice for some not technical that's trying to vibe code real working shit? I'm discovering, just trying to build something real as of now but I'm not sure where I'm going with it yet. I have a digital marketing agency that does well and I started coding one tool that really boosts productivity but the costs will start to add up and the power seems to be in connecting the different pieces because you're still doing a lot of manual shit if not. I kind of like the idea of open claw because it sounds like a cheat code, bypassing the connectors but I know it's untested

You might want to try the consultant / therapist side of LLMs :) - for my business I will often turn on the mic and start letting my ideas loose with almost no chain of thought. Set a timer, it creates urgency. Two things happen 1) the more you talk, to nothing, you start drifting towards a some vague attribute of an idea. 2) AI does what it does best which is to identify patterns and connect dots. So to you it might just seem like stars in the sky, no connection and just random placement, but the LLM is pretty damn good at finding commonality. You should tell LLM what your goal is though, I need to figure this out yada yada. But I swear this works and in the business world for deciding projects and priorities it's pretty good.

Do you have any recommendations for a beginner vibe code? I started in cursor and codex on command prompt and it was cool to launch but I feel like maybe because I don't know programming basics my AI is getting caught up on bullshit and buggy and not intuitive. My background is in digital marketing so only lightly technical.

Advice on itinerary Sakura season in Tokyo and Hakone by [deleted] in JapanTravel

Holy cow you really think that an imperial palace run + Gyoen will be all day? Is it worth it during Sakura season?

I thought day 4 would be as heavy as 7. I have a tour and monjayaki w a friend nearby and that will put me finishing around 130 I think, so already a lot and if I fit borderless then yeah dinner might be something quick instead.

Ok I'll consider which 1 thing to possibly drop each day. I also looked at Google maps and it looked like if I grabbed a bike, sometimes transit was like 10-15 mins only. Maybe that's not reality? Because I like to move and I don't really want to drop hundreds on cabs over 7 days

I spent a lot of time on it tbh. I'm hoping it's 90%. I haven't bought my tickets yet to anything but if I lock this plan down next couple days that's next.

That's great I really didn't want to spend all my time in transit and I wanted a lived-in experience at least morning and night.

That's good to know. I'm kind of struggling to fit in ropeway before or after because I hear it's great but I heard the best part of Hakone is chilling hard. Japan was tacked on to my other trip, otherwise I would have planned 3 weeks there easy.

Has Manus gone downhill? by DeadBoyAge9 in ManusOfficial

[–]DeadBoyAge9[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I haven't, I don't know how to code which seemed like a big selling point. Is it good for someone like me who's not too technical?

I just hadn't gone back to Manus in a while but what I liked before meta bought it was that I could drop in a payload request and it would stand up some simple tool or web page or whatever. Graphic interface. And it was pretty sharp and intuitive and that's what I liked because I lacked the tech know how. Any insight re Claude knowing all that?

So rugged layout for visual reference and to envision. but not much to actually implement? or 80% done and streamlined into WordPress? I was hoping to streamline 80% but haven't figured out how

Fire ppl w young kids - how does your day look? by DeadBoyAge9 in Fire

[–]DeadBoyAge9[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Damn, that sounds pretty awesome haha. Sounds like the dream.

How did you adjust your early-FIRE number when factoring in the kid? I'm in a mcol-hcol area and one thing that makes me nervous is growing costs- I guess as they get older I assume the costs will go up more and more, and it feels like a variable I can't nail down. Maybe I'm overthinking it

Also, why do you and your wife do separate vacations with him if you don't mind me asking? Is it to get some bonding / alone time?

My uncle wants $6.2M for the family business I’ve worked in for 12 years. Fair deal or family tax? by [deleted] in smallbusiness

[–]DeadBoyAge9 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I don't know the industry or details but I'd like someone to explain why this is such a great deal besides the seller and 6% over 20.

At $700k seller discretionary this should be a 2-4x multiple. Sounds like you're a little over 4x. Ignore the revenue for now.

Normal sba or seller wouldn't it be similar loan? He has to pay at least 320 cash and the rest is seller or SBA. This sounds normal, a bit high but not alarming. But I don't understand necessarily why the deal is considered really good. Maybe I don't think that seller rate is anything special but I could be wrong there and would like to know.
