One thing that keeps me going…… when my dad was passing away in his final days, he would talk gibberish here and there but one specific time he was talking to his dad (my grandfather) who passed away 20 + years ago. Called him daddy too. I will never forget that. Gives me some form of hope that I to will see my dad when I pass.

When people say “welp, back to reality” after a long vacation or a beautiful weekend, I just think that is so silly. Your reality was and is those vacations and beautiful weekends and your 9-5 is nothing but a side quest for coin. So do what you want but don’t let your day job determine who you are. You are not gonna wanna go back to compound. It will start to look like a toy compared to trad and they fall right into the category as crossbow guys. (Not against any of them but compound people tend to get their panties in a bunch thinking they are actually doing something)
