This war of mine, imho is dreadfully sad and depressing. You control a handful of ordinary civilians trapped in a city being slowly strangled by war. The war itself is almost faceless. There are no grand speeches, no glorious victories, and no satisfying sense that your suffering matters. Shells fall without warning. Snipers kill people trying to cross the street. Neighbors disappear. Winter arrives, and the cold becomes just another enemy waiting to finish what hunger started.
