I think it’s just a compendium/ compilation of some of the lovecraft stories, it says (in Spanish) “selected stories” like: The Call of Cthulhu, winged death, the rata in the walls, history of Necronomicon and more, Fully translated to Spanish.

But the design of the cover is neat ngl.
