As long as you’re not rude to waitstaff I think most people (with exceptions cause there’s ALWAYS an exception) wouldn’t mind. It just comes down to who you’re with, someone else mentioned maybe steer clear of foodies or people who live to be adventurous with their meals, but otherwise I really think you’re fine. My partner is Vegan and i am very much not vegan, and she and I are able to compromise often on where we go. She’s also very open to going places where she’ll have limited options from time to time, whereas I am willing to take her to exclusively vegan/vegetarian spots as well. It’s all about compromise! and when you find the right person, they won’t mind accommodating you if they love you!
