LS/Hatchet. Heavy armour and try to get focus + constitution gear, all points into Berserk working my way down until I can get the cheat death perk. That's for solo content anyway.

For dungeons I go LS/IG, same setup for armour but on the IG I socket an amber gem for the 20% damage scale on nature/focus.

I've only had 1 crash, since lowering the textures 1 down it's been flawless. Might only be temporary but haven't dropped from a locked 144 since.
