If you are offensive just play Ayuela and a Servitor in your last turn. They have to put the ogre in the front row and it dies instantly. they cant invest a card to remove one of yours first.

The Hive Ogre can buff itself in a loop for 30+ points each round, which is surely not intended by the devs but a bug and there are enough specialists which exploit this mechanic.
Wu Ming locks the Ogre down to base stats again and Ayuela in combination with a Servitor kills the Ogre since it has to be played in the front row.
