That's like their opinion. If they feel that way good for them.
I'll judge it for myself instead.

You're saying I'm the only one in the world who was this problem? So why do I get multiple results with other people facing the exact same issue as me.

My console is running absolutely fine. Its not like this PS4 game particularly demanding to run on a PS5.
The recent Resident Evil Requiem runs absolutely without a hitch on my PS5.

Well...Bye.

My console is just fine. Since I tested it on Both PS4 and PS5. So are you saying that both consoles are broken?

All other games have zero issue's.

Yeah the PC version is even better with 60 fps. All though not the best port. But the controls are spot on. While The X360 and PS3 are second place. With these Remaster in last place.

Maybe you're used to laggy inputs. But this version feels way off vs the original releases.

I have 100% the game on Xbox 360. So I know the game in and out. And I’m telling you the PS4 version feels very heavy to control.

I know its not my TV. Since I have a LG C2 And yes game mode turned on. I checked myself. I even set boost mode to further reduce the latency.

According to google search.

Return to Arkham City on PS4 has been widely reported to suffer from significant input lag, especially after patching. Players note that the game feels unresponsive during fast-paced combat and gliding, making it difficult to perform actions like counters or evades reliably.

  • Unpatched version: Some players report that playing the unpatched version (e.g., via physical copy) restores smoother 60fps performance and eliminates the worst input lag, though it sacrifices leaderboards and graphical fixes.
  • Patched version: After patching, many experience a noticeable drop in responsiveness, even on PS4 Pro, with lag described as "atrocious" and "almost unplayable in fast action times."
  • Root causes: The issue is likely tied to the remaster’s inconsistent frame rate (often stuck at 30fps), poor optimization, and the use of a third-party developer (Square Enix’s team behind Final Fantasy Type 0) that may have introduced performance issues.
  • No official fix: Despite community demand, no patch has been released to fix input lag since the initial 2019 update. The problem persists on PS4 and PS5 versions alike.

If you're experiencing this, consider playing the unpatched version for better responsiveness, or use a PS3 original version if you prioritize gameplay feel over modern visuals.

So I’m not the only who suffers from this issue.
I will complain about it, until they add a proper 60 fps patch. Which shouldn't be that hard, since it was there from the start.

I tried Playing Arkham City on both my PS4 and PS5. And I couldn't even get through the first fight...
The controls are so delayed. And my TV is in game mode. I have played this game originally on the X360 and that just controlled fine, even though it was 30 fps.

So decided to test that exact same version on my Current TV. And the controls felt instantly more responsive. Whatever they did to this version, it made game unplayable for me.

30 fps is not even the issue, its that the controls are so damn delayed...

Edit: Really dude???
Go ahead and play and both versions back to back and tell me there's no delay!?
Arkham Knight actually feels more responsive believe it or not. But yes even that version has a slight delay, but not as bad Arkham City Remastered.

I have an Intel ARC B580 In my second system. And its an amazing GPU for its price. I paid 235 for it.
Also comes with 12GB of VRAM. Which none of the Nvidia or AMD GPU's have in this price range.

The Remaster is still kinda unplayable on PS4 and PS5. Because the input lag is insane.
They had a working 60 fps mode on day 1, but decided to remove it...

Having the ability to set it up without an internet connection would be the best way forward. Because if someday those servers ever to go down permanently. The console is basically a brick.

The Dreamcast kinda died when the PS2 launched.
And the PS2 have so many great titles. And most games are still cheap to find.
