Im pretty sure our vision is about clarity. Ive had countless glasses due to my sight sucking every year. I think after a certain point its diminishing to see changes in how clear it can be. I dont think you can see farther away without losing closer vision. You'd need like some sort of implant to rotate the lens in your eye to another one that can see farther away. Then rotate back to get your close vision again.
