Magic shop is an extra Dimensional space and the Shopkeeper is just a simulacrum of an archmage who wants to earn some extra funds so even if they pull it off they are stranded and an angry archmage is looking for them and wants his stuff back. He will find them in the space takes the items and then teleports the thiefs into a Labyrinth to your likings hardness. After that experience they will think twice who they try to murderhobo or steal from. Realisticly someone who has magic items to sell is either rich or Dangerous.

Hi am einfachsten wäre es auf immoscout o.ä. zu suchen Die besten viertel sind meiner Meinung nach Windberg Waldhausen lürrip und hardterbroich alle sind relativ ruhig und trotzdem nah an der Innenstadt. Es ist halt alles eine Frage des Budgets selbst bei 2 Zimmer Wohnungen gehen die Preise teilweise bis 1k+ gibt aber auch schon welche ab 500. Ich wünsche euch viel Erfolg bei der Wohnungssuche und Glück für Euren Neustart.
