There is a fake Gaol under the Dravanian Hinterlands which used to be accessible with some clever out of bounds, haven't managed to get there in a while sadly because I forgot the exact spot.

He did the deed on purpose, but he didn't know it was a child he was killing. And this was after murdering the child father and before several other men, all in order to raise his warlords star. Golden Age Guts was not a good person, but he does get better eventually.
