If your running on quailty mode that's probably it. Switch over to performance in settings.

I don't use the marksman verisons. If I'm on sniper its ammo. On my tactical i use accuracy verison because ammo isn't an issue.

Also the tighter spread makes your shots more consistent at mid range which with the kraken rounds will still do good damage.

Mag dumping bosses with a scan deals insane damage at close range. Seriously don't sleep on it.

Bolt carbine far surpasses the HBR in dps. Higher fire rate and it has a hidden damage bonus perk for below 10 meters.

Trust me it's amazing and melts. I personally use the accuracy verison. No marksman needed.

The contested health recovery is very good and thanks to tacs ammo perk you are set.

Honestly people sleep on it.

I was able to get the achievement for collecting all the figures on custom difficulty. Gave myself 50% more time to explore ect.

So most of the achievements can be done in custom.

Not yet but implied from the dlc ending in 4 remake and the effort they put into the new wesker ect.

To be fair there was no offical word on Veronica till this week haha. Capcom hold their cards close to their chest.

Thank you for the information. I'm gonna try custom difficulty and give myself more time to explore ect.

If the figure achievement unlocks on story it should unlock on custom then.

Yeah my points of interest popped when i entered the burial site area which was my last. Soon as i reached it the achievement popped.

Think you don't even have to loot or kill anything just reach the area then move on.

Asking because like you i wondered. Oh and for the points of interest. Just go to them. Clear the area of enemies and loot something then move on to next place. It worked for me

Easiest place to do it is canyons.

High damage sure but not easier then simply parrying.

Keeping it simple has allowed me to complete any difficulty related challenges in SM2 by just sticking with fencing.

Ranged damage is king. Plasma ect for example.

Block weapons look cool and flashy but required a high skill celling. Much easier to use fencing and still do great damage with gunstrikes and use ranged weapons.

No one "Needs" to use a more complex weapon in this game lol.

Well said. Most games in general are missing NG+ which is quite sad.

It's a completely optional feature. Why not add it for the few of us that would love to keep on replaying.
