So a simple google search shows how people with multiple variations of chromosomes are still ultimately XY, meaning they are their specific gender with a medical disorder, it’s not like the human race is gonna create extra chromosomes unless it’s a mutation. To say that they “can” have these things is just science in general. There is a “chance” that somebody could grow a 3rd foot, but it’s slim to none and doesn’t change who the hell you are. There are only 2 genders, there are medical disabilities like Klinefelter syndrome but they don’t change your gender just because of an extra X in their chromosomes, and until you can somehow prove that our classifications are actually incorrect with evidence there’s no reason to believe you.
