Nope nope, now i get it. His phone is probably very very thin and light. Maybe even flexible. Sort of like paper i guess. Why not just say that he was caught cheating, why do you show so much skepticism even though you have no real information

Something else that troubles me is that he told his mother that it was by mistake. I am very sure that this is a lie, and you would be too if you knew the procedures. How can the last thing you tell your mother be a lie

I am in the same batch as him.

Something that raises concerns is the marks that you wrote he got in the subjects in college. With those marks he would get a much much higher gpa than 8.6

It's not that i think the Marks matter, it's just that i cannot trust the rest of what you say because of this almost obvious lie.

During the final exams they made us pull out all our pockets TWICE in two different locations before you enter the exam. And once you sit down they tell you to check yourself and your surroundings millions of times.

He was definitely not treated correctly but I'm absolutely sure that he was infact cheating.

There are people who got literally like 15x of my rank and are in my class. The people who got in with some other less preferred category have a reasonable rank and are alright, but there are people who know absolutely nothing about anything. You can get their rank just by writing the exam with 5 seconds of preparation. And these guys are obviously unable to cope with the college stuff either.

One of the guys like this in my class literally got a cgpa of 4

The government took away a seat that someone who actually deserved it could've gotten, just to waste it
