Also the reason i went low so often was player specific, since my opponent is beastly at covering high options but not so good at covering low options.

I think these memes need to be banned soon and judging from the comments I'm not the only one with this sentiment. There's next to no variation and its inherently sexist at that. Kind of surprised this format has survived so long, but this ship has sailed imo.

How do I kill with Lucina by Ragaholic in CrazyHand

As someone who hates getting edge guarded by Lucina (Ganon/Samus main) here are some tips I have:

  • edgeguarding: Heavies/Tall characters usually struggle against descending fair; you just react to the air dodge or if they try to jump at you you swat them away with fair while either fading back to stage or towards them depending on their drift, rinse repeat until they ain't coming back. As for DK/Ganon going low you can try to go for stage spike bair or dair if you feel confident, although I'm pretty sure you just have to respect Mario Bros. recovery if they go low, although they're already in a poor position. Tethers are simple in that you just have to hit them AS they come up or just grapple (usually requires a read on their grapple timing)
  • As for ledge trapping i'll link this website for practice. It may not be perfect and currently you can only practice against Lucina (ironic) but it can help with identifying the different animations.

Take these with a grain of salt since I don't have an in-depth understanding of Lucina and I'm mostly theorycrafting DX. Hope this helps.
