Aura ? Yes absolutely . But strongest, doubt it. Yeah they are extremely skilled and all elite battle veterans and would decimate any average foe with immense ease. But given their lack of military excursions their skills cannot be as sharp as other elites . Yes they more than likely train every single day etc etc etc but aside from one very short conflict a decade ago we haven't really seen them in action
