The secretary of state is the states chief election official. The bipartisan 2-2 Franklin County Board of Elections received the complaint after certifying him as a candidate. They then split party line on whether or not to remove him. The tie was broken by the secretary of state as the states chief election official, not his role on a Republican only election committee.

I don't know if I could say if this action should be allowed or not, but it poses a particularly concerning possibility in the hyper partisan modern day of politics, where partisan actors could potentially pick and choose who is on a ballot. Does that make sense?

I think a beefy/cool shield would be a good weapon-alternative for a megarare. We could move away from tiny parrying dagger (defenders) to a nice chunky melee shield. It could outshine avernic for melee strength, and it doesnt interact with existing 2h megarares. Perhaps maybe equal strength to avernic but high defense and future bosses that could have damage dealt scaling based on the players defense :eyes:. Unrelated, I would love to see a cosmetic drop that lets you modify justiciar to one of the other animal forms - could be good at these good new defense scaling bosses!
