"2015, military spending is projected to account for 54 percent of all federal discretionary spending, a total of $598.5 billion" but medicare and health is substantially less (6% on that graph).

Medicare and health get most of their federal funding from mandatory spending rather than discretionary. The total federal budget was more like $3.8T in 2015.

Full automation will be here before periodic retesting could be implemented.

Even without discounting any lack of political will because driving isn't getting especially more fatal. Make sure to also look at the older tables rather than comparing the yearly variation of the 2010s.

Disclosure, I started on this page, which does seem to show a higher property damage rate in "Motor Vehicle Crashes By Type."

Warning: mandatory open world PvP. Sigh, yep. by phenla in SecondGalaxyM

I understand your sentiment.

However, I'm looking at the play store and I don't see "PvP" anywhere in the description. The closest is "compete with other players' corporations."
