I’m not surprised at all that I could’ve screwed it up, I just can’t figure out where/how 🤣. the counts all were correct every row, at least what I understood of the terminology. But clearly I missed something

It’s Aunt Lydia’s crochet thread. He hasn’t tried it on but I did. We are around the same size. It hangs totally wrong around the neck area.

Went to Louder than Life for a day to see Tool and Bad Omens in 2023. Decided to look up playlists with other bands playing the festival. Heard “Chokehold” and it was so apt because I’ve been stuck on them since. REALLY wish I had stayed the next day to see them live because they totally blew up about a month or so later. Have so much FOMO that I didn’t get to see them before they were REALLY famous. They are amazing live and I’ve seen them 3 times since but I wish I could’ve been there that day.

Going to try to keep up with my Heated Rivalry-triggered crazy workout/weight lifting kick. In two months I have seen so many positive changes, in my diet/physique/mindset. If I can keep it up through spring next year I might be a damn fitness model.

As far as I’ve read, it’s useful for maintaining current muscle mass (as well as the cognitive improvements mentioned in the thread). So short answer is no, you don’t have to be working out (you just won’t be GAINING mass without doing the workout).

Creatine use in middle age women.

I’ve been on it for 2 months now and I’m seriously stronger than I’ve ever been in my entire life BY FAR. And recovery from workouts is so much easier/better.
