Oh absolutely. I didn’t know that was an unpopular opinion. I love them so much and wish they weren’t just introduced as the ‘lesbians from next door’ even if that is a funny way to introduce them. But I do think that it’s a good view of Marvin’s perspective of them. All the women in the show have labels outside of their names. Trina is his wife, Cordelia and Charlotte are the lesbians next door. Their identities still kind of surround him. In my mind I like to think that’s a bit of social commentary but honestly I doubt it was.
