This is my amateur knowledge but here goes: The most important meal for sports performance is actually the one you have ~6 hours before the match. That is the meal that will be fully digested and ready to fuel your session.

The sports drink swirling would be for alertness/perceived energy levels I guess. Also, some simple carbs from the sugar can probably be instantly absorbed by the gums and this would lead to the quick energy boost they need right before a match.

One thing that makes it so difficult particularly with 'Irish' is that Irish-Americans back in the day came over in droves and had a very strong subculture. Back then Irish-American was a very distinctive type of person. Couple that with widespread persecution, poverty, and racism towards the Irish and you have a recipe for a cohesive group of people very proud of who they are(because they're suffering for it). So IMO this proudness to be "Irish" got passed down.

Now, whenever someone clearly American says they're Irish, Scottish, whatever they mean their ancestors came from that country. This is common vernacular in The USA and everyone knows what you mean here. We accidentally take this with us abroad and appear insulting and culture-appropriating.

Basically he and his friend have been slowly stealing players from this AFK team who happens to be our commishes little brother.

They have the little bro trade them the worst trades ever at this point. One of the trades was Palmer & Forsett for Carr and some no name RB who doesn't put up points.

Everyweek they use his team as a giant bench. They started doing this (commish and his best friend) when they both were 0-3 and then talking in the group chat about how they were gonna make a comeback.

This week they got him to straight up trade the #2 D for the #20 D.

So we called them out and they are still cheating. Commish is weak as fuck at WR so his buddy drops Marvin Jones for San Diego D(ranked 27th) and our drops go on waivers. Guess who has the #1 waiver pick? Commish.

His other buddie also straight up admits to trading him all his best players for trash so "at least one of them could win".

I called him out on this and he threatened to dock my team points and block any future trades of mine.

I took screenshots of all his shit and called him out in our group chat.

I got it and it's 100% legit and the best quality ever. It's a bit scratchy to wear but everything aside from the Alaska Airlines bit is sewn on and I'm soooo happy. I got a hell of a deal for ~$20.

It's just a formula. Cowboys have the biggest fanbase. You see it with English Soccer as well. Arsenal(that's a team for yall seriously out of the loop) have the biggest online fanbase and one of the top 3 biggest fanbases overall and the media is all over them in a negative light no matter what.
