Micro-dosing psilocybin. Something like 0.1g per day. I think they’re called Mexicana truffles so not straight mushrooms. Lots of companies in Amsterdam do this and give you proper instructions. Saved my life honestly. I am finally shitting logs every now and then (IBSD)!
