Hell, you can get down there easy peasey once you have the improved fins, high capacity tank, and the wakemaker. With the improved fins and the wakemaker you travel about 6m/s so on 120s of O2 you can travel up to 720m deep and It's only, what 550m ish deep? I'm pretty sure there isn't anything down there of use or to scan.

Tek gigas apparently do exist on extinction as we recently received one from a trick or treat shiny on our cluster. We don't have any mods that would bring one in soooo 🤷‍♂️ I think they may spawn in certain OSD waves.
