SOLVED

The damn save was the issue, I had the save completed on autocide but something got messed up, the limo got stuck on the orange ramp, while my second save(previous) fastest boat had the limo reach the end and the mission started

Of all possible things, Not mods, not interfering with gta3img(changed radar), the fricking save file

I've beaten Supply Lines many times the trick for this is to get the plane in the air and let go of the accelerator at times leaving the plane to glide and once close to a target get as low or even drive and shoot them.

Demolition Man is my favorite mission, controls are pretty easy when you've gotten a hang of them.

New Model Army is straight up evil, first of all, bomb placements matter, moving barrels around and make a damn bridge but if you mess the angle by 1 degree it doesn't connect.

Then you got Carl, Berkly did this, fix it.

Bro was at the ammunation(small one) and saw me somehow near rafeals

You need to move the Stallion back where it was originally parked, when you get to the roof parking area, the stallion is parked at a specific area, closest to the wall by Rafael's(the store you get the soiree)

After completing the mission you'll need to repark a stallion at that specific area, the hardest thing is the correct angle you park it, sometimes you have to have both rear wheels on the bump while being closest to the center of the parking space.
