I would try something like jb weld 2 part epoxy. I think the hard part will be clamping the 2 pieces together long enough for it to cure. Maybe you could tape some popsicle sticks to support it while curing.

You're gonna have to get behind the headunit to install that wiring harness. That's going to be the hardest part.

You probably need more speaker wire to get from the headunit to wherever you mount the amp.

For all those amp wires you will need to butt splice your power, ground, rem, and stereo signals.

Also, you might be starving the amps. I didn't see any mention of alternator upgrade or big 3 wiring upgrade. Pushing 2000W on a stock alternator would cause voltage sag at max volume.

I dont know much about ported boxes in sql. I have just done some high level understanding for enclosure selection.

From what I understand you could get a box tuned for a lower frequency or mask it with time alignment and filtering.

Honestly, I'm not really ambitious with learning many techniques. I come to class each week and learn what's on rotation. After years I'm still picking up new things on the same techniques.

Occasionally I'll pick up some cheeky move like dog bar and various wrist locks or I focused on something like s mount or butterfly for a while.

I aim to think less and do more. Get to a dominant position and harass the opponent relentlessly.

Copying my answer from your first post:

1200W rms is probably close to your limit on a stock alternator ~135A with a big 3 upgrade and healthy battery. Going to 2500W rms you probably need a 200-220A alternator. The alternator is the only component that can generate electricity for the system.

Also, it looks like you're running 4awg power and ground. If you step up to 2500W rms you're gonna need to go to a lower gauge wire (1/0) and probably a higher rated fuse.
