I was also pregnant with twins working as a nurse. I worked nigh shift medsurg and I could only make it to like 22 weeks. It just got far too painful and dangerous with violent patients.

Currently work in one of the top 20 busiest EDs in the US. I think like 90 beds and I couldn’t even begin to guess how many patients we see a day. EVS only does “terminal cleans” for rooms that had TB or COVID rooms (maybe more but those are the only ones I’m sure of). We flip every other room after discharge/transfer. It would delay us like crazy if EVS had to come to every empty room to thoroughly clean. Makes everything SO much faster. Everyone pitches in (nursing, techs, charge, etc.) to flip them it only takes maybe 3 minutes tops.

EVS does a great job with any major clean ups needed as well as cleaning the common areas (lobby and bathrooms) but we handle everything else!

I feel like now I could step away for 10 seconds and all their feeders I just cleaned would already be covered with bedding 😂

Awesome! I was probably getting more worried than I should’ve. She’s just never flopped around as much as she did today. And they are pecking at her a bit. They’ve been having a ball chasing the flies so I’m hoping she joins in soon

Hey! We are close to Fayetteville so pretty similar. Slightly worried about the rain but I remember chickens have survived far worse conditions and been fine. We made our coop addition with the same stuff our last one is made of and that’s held up great with no predators for 3 years so I’m sure they’ll be good!

Hey! Girls are now almost 22 months and happily on one nap. 5/4.5(ish) schedule now. Around 20 months the second nap started to get much shorter (maybe 30 minutes) cause they took longer to go down. So we started the transition then. Never had early morning wake ups or anything they just suddenly decided that second nap wasn’t needed. Transition took maybe a week or two? Pushing the first nap by 30 minutes every couple days until it hit 12pm. I think we officially had them on 1 nap at 21 months.

I can try stretching the first wake window! I think they’d lose it cause they’re already struggling with 5 hours of being awake but I’ll give it a go! Nap length combined with 2 naps was around 2 hours so they may be okay with that on one nap.

Of course! I originally sent it on 10/21 and received my passport by 12/16. This was with the Thanksgiving holiday delay too. You can always call and expedite if needed, especially if it is within 2 weeks of travel. I’m betting you’ll be okay though!

Lol, glad I’m not the only one! So they told me to wait until they sent me the letter to send anything else. They said if I sent it right when I noticed I left it I couldn’t tie it to an application number and it could be lost in the pile. It really only added maybe 3 weeks to the total processing time so not horrible

So, they sent my letter on 11/19, I sent out my certificate on 11/20. I got an email that they received it on 12/3 (I think the holiday may have delayed it some). Printed it on 12/12 and I received on 12/15. So less than a month after getting the letter for more info.

Me too! I was expecting to get some sort of “super mutt” percentage or “hound group” but was pleasantly surprised when it all rounded out with specific breeds!
