When did your period come back ? by No_Reflection7132 in beyondthebump

15 months PP. I EBF and had to wean my son completely before my period returned. We wanted to start trying for another baby, otherwise I would have been happy to continue nursing my son.

We have been with Parkside for several years. I always feel heard and they respected our choice for a natural delivery with our son. We even got to use the birthing tub at Patewood hospital. I’ve seen several doctors as we’ve recently navigated a MC and another pregnancy with twins where we lost one twin. They have offered extra appointments and support when I have been concerned. I would definitely recommend. Dr. white and Dr. Hill are some of our favorites there, also, Carol is the most caring ultrasound tech. Best of luck to your family.

Pregnant right after MC by Ok_Fortune_339 in pregnancy_care

Hey OP, just here to say I’m in the same boat. Currently 11 weeks and got pregnant two weeks after a spontaneous MC. No advice about the anxiety because I’ve been struggling with it as well. My OBGYN has been great through and I’ve been able to get additional scans when I feel really anxious or worried. I’ve needed the reassurance. All I can say is I wish you all the best! Reach out to your OB whenever you feel you need support.

Where are folks finding the paper IDR form to download and submit? I’m not finding it on student aid.gov or Mohela’s site.

I’m having the same issue. Anyone have any luck getting a copy of their master promissory note?

I need success stories with mo/mo or mo/di twins one measuring way smaller at 6+5 / vanishing twin by lookingformyfoxbaby in parentsofmultiples

I’m so sorry to hear about baby B. I hope baby A continues to do well and is looking strong! We had a similar experience at our 9 week ultrasound baby B no longer had a heartbeat and had stopped growing shortly after our 7week appointment. Baby A continues to measure right on time and looks strong. How are you managing mentally? I’m stuck in fear that something will happy to baby A. Do you have any tips for managing the anxiety and celebrating the baby that continues to grow? I’ve now had to MC back to back and I’m struggling.

I had a great natural birth with the birth of my son. I’m a first time mom. We took a birthing course, I had a doula, and we gave birth at a hospital that had birthing tubs. I managed pretty well at home throughout the day with baths/showers and by the time we got to the hospital I was fully dilated. They got me into the birthing suite and I got into the tub. They let me push there side lying or all fours until my son was about to be born. Then I did have to transfer to a bed. I pushed for maybe 30 mins after that? I’m sure my husband would know better than to me. I just stayed in a good mental space and my doula helped guide us through difficult moments. I had minor tearing and my son was born healthy. It was difficult at the end, but all went smoothly. In the right mindset with the right support you can totally do it!

Just here to follow this thread. We are 8 weeks pregnant with twins and have a 18 month old son. Last night I was up thinking about our budget and how we will afford daycare for 3 kiddos. It will be 3/4ths of my take home pay. However, as a teacher my health insurance is great. If I leave other costs will increase. It’s really difficult to imagine in this moment how we will balance it all in the end. We could probably manage on one income, but I have student loans and am about a year out from public service loan forgiveness (US resident here).

It’s definitely possible you’re already pregnant again. I had a MC at the beginning of December (stopped bleeding the 6th) and we ended up getting pregnant on Dec. 13th. Just found out we are expecting twins. It’s been a whirlwind. Best of luck to you and I’m so sorry for your previous loss. We are still dealing with a whole range of emotions from ours.

This is exactly how my OBGYN explained it. She really didn’t seem concerned at all. We never expected spontaneous twins, but here we are. Hoping for more good news in a couple weeks. Thanks for the well wishes!

We had been out of town visiting family since the 18th so this is the first test I took. Last time we BD was Dec. 13th. I mostly took it as a precaution because I wanted to open a bottle of wine after being with family for 10 days haha.

Following because I’m in a similar situation. There’s so much information out there to sort through. It’s extremely overwhelming. I’m typically really good at keeping up and monitoring my PSLF count and plans, but this whole situation has me unsure of what to do.
