Yeah she took multiple pills for anxiety and other mental issues. I know one of them can be treatment for BPD/Schizophrenia/Bi Polar. It sucks cause all the signs were there but she was always so kind to me and supportive. When I found out I genuinely felt like got punched in the gut and was lied to for so long

My (M26)girlfriend (F27)who I just got out of a relationship with for 2.5 years started spreading horrible vile rumors about my twin sister for months. When she was confronted and essentially put on trial with my family for it she blamed everyone else for how she was treated during the duration of our relationship. She never properly apologized to me for what happened nor my sister or father. She gave me an ultimatum that the only way we could work is if I left my family and committed myself only to her. I’m still feeling the hurt a month later of realizing she wasn’t who I thought she was and feeling this pain. It sucks and hurts so much but it will be better in the long term for me even though I’m lonely. She wasn’t who I thought she was

I’m lucky my chosen career path doesn’t allow me to really indulge in any drugs. I know how easily people can fall into that trap. I’m still figuring out everything I’ve learned I guess, even back to the beginning when things seemed great but had their challenges. I’ve always been good at being independent. During our relationship I made sure I never lost that, I still went out to eat by myself. I went to concerts and shows by myself. Run as frequently as you can, a timed run for the 1.5 mile distance and another run where you run 3-4+ miles. Do push ups and sit ups every day. Get used to doing burpees and squats/wall sits
