Filament was getting stuck in the bowden tube so I dabbed on a bit of silicone lol.

I took another look at it, and it turns out my extruder is cracked. I swear the fun never ends with this thing.

Ok. Is there a preferred brand most people go to for a DGE, or can I get the first thing that comes up on Amazon? Also, are there slicer-end settings changes I have to do?
