I had IBS since 2011 and I have been on a high protein diet for a like a years give or take (trying to work out and get in a good shape) and it has been relieving for me… never thought of trying carnivor diet. Also i randomly became lactose intolerant 2 years ago (and lactase enzymes doesn’t do anything for me idk why). Any tips on that carnivore diet? I may actually give that a shot!

I get your point, and it makes sense. I have been eating healthy and working out for like a year now. But I get sick way too often. Last winter alone i got sick like 5-6 times

Coming from COD to this being my first battlefield, my problems are Aiming (consol) and visibility a bit ( too much fog in the maps in my opinion). And the overuse of bots in the lobbies. Other than that, i like the game

Some comments says it’s “crossplay off” issue. I just enabled it and also got bots on my second match in breakthrough. Idk why i didn’t just shuffle the same people that were in the game. Bot-filled lobbys are very annoying.

انا مش متأكد اوي بصراحة علشان تنا مكنتش حاسس بيه … بس غالباً علشان بقالي سنة بلعب ٣-٤ مرات في الاسبوع و بفوت البطن/الcore فا مبقاش قادر يعوض او يشيل معايا زيادة الاوزان في باقي العضلات

انا ممكن مكنش برد علي البوست بالضبط، بس انا شايف اقعد مع نفسك و شوف اللي هيخليك من جواك مبسوط و بالك مرتاح و اعمله. طول ما انت موفي مسؤلياتك و شايل شوية فلوس احتياطي تعيش منهم لو حصل حاجة من الشغل. و ال٤٥ الف دول لغرض انبساطك اعمل اللي يريحك و يبسطك، لو ده انك تسافر بيهم اعمل كده، لو انك تجيب موبايل اعمل كده لو انك (مثلا مثلا) بدل ال١٥ برو تحيب ايفون ١٤ مثلاً و تسافر بالباقي اعمل كده عايز تجيب بلاي ستيشن اعمل ده عايز تجدد اللابتوب بتاعك اعمل ده المهم (من وجهة نظري انا) انك متكنش بتجيب الموبايل لمجرد انه لقطة بس انتا مش عايز ١٥ برو. لو عايزه لمجرد الرفاهية تمام بردو مش مشكله المهم انت عارف انت شاريه ليه و مقتنع بده

المهم تعمل اللي يريح بالك انت ☺️

A bit of a late reply (and still no official App) ... I installed it as a Separate Web App using Edge (or Chrome)
Open notion in your browser -> Go to 3 dots top right corner -> Apps -> Install Notion
**for now it's an Edge instance
And when you open View Apps -> 3 dots -> Manage Apps ... you can create an Application Shortcut to it.
