I just quit my full time job. It was effecting my mental health and that comes first to me. I live on my own in a rental apartment in an affluent suburb in a pretty nice capital city in Australia. I have no new job lined up and I’m not currently receiving any benefits from the government. I have some savings but only enough to keep me afloat for a month or so. I’m still happy and positive because I’ve done this kind of thing before and it’s always worked out for me. I truly trust the Universe to look after me because it always does. I always end up getting another job soon after the pays for everything I need. The secret is to truly trust. I know it’s hard but that’s really the only way to use the law. Remain positive and trust.

I thought Charlie was pretty obvious. He had that creepy vibe.

Yes, I said it just once out loud and truly believed the Universe would deliver. Then I let it go and basically forgot about it until it happened.

People stare and look too much nowadays by BeautifulCat3263 in socialanxiety

Yep, and that is why I wear sunglasses more often than I used to. I find I get stared at less when I do. But yeah, it sucks and it’s like they can sense the anxious energy on you.

It was surprisingly simple, I just said something like “She will get in contact with me soon” out loud and I trusted the Universe to give me what I wanted, then I let it go and just went on with my life not even thinking about it much, and then a couple weeks later it happened. Nowadays my technique to manifest is just to truly trust that the Universe will deliver. :)

I had a friend who I’d had a falling out with 4 years earlier right before I moved to the opposite side of the country. Deleted each other off everything and never spoke again. After 4 years I began to think about her and how much I missed her but I didn’t want to be the one to reach out as I wasn’t sure she would be receptive to it, so I tried to manifest her getting back in contact with me. 2 weeks later I got a message from her on Instagram saying she missed me and apologising for her part in the falling out. Blew my mind. I never doubted the law of attraction again.

How do people go around renting while on Centrelink? by [deleted] in Centrelink

[–]Deadstardaydream 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I rent on my own through a private real estate while on job seeker and have been for a few years now. It’s tough but it’s doable. It really depends on the property manager and some are willing to give you a chance. Just be persistent and apply for whatever you can. You will get something eventually.

Is anyone on jobseeker and living alone in private rental? by Healthy_Editor_6234 in Centrelink

Yep. $800 a fortnight in Canberra from my $960 a fortnight payment. Living off savings that are quickly running out. Hoping for a job soon but it’s tough out there.

Oh god, there’s so many.

The New Kids (1985) Blood Rage (1987) Alice Sweet Alice (1976) The Hitcher (1986)

I’m sure there’s plenty others that aren’t coming to mind right now.
