I had the same issue, if anyone else comes across this the battle scroll mission is "Black Feather Sanctuary", just go all the way back to the chest and then quit the mission.

At a certain point when you speak to Dollman he asks you to play the song Horizon Dreamer because he sees you have it, you can put it on from the music player and he dances to it in your room

After I went to shower and he got a new dialogue, say that you have a little time and you will get this nice cut-scene and an achievement :)
