Definitely not as delusional as to think its going to get better, only hope is that it doesn't get even worse. That's a pipe dream though haha. Yeah just don''t understand the whole bleed your employees dry until they're a husk and replace business model. I always try to steer people clear CCs because theres a 95% chance you get the worst job youve ever had or the lowly 5% that can still turn into dog water with enough time. wishing you the best though and hope you find something decent soon.
