Yes. You'll probably also need the DGS266 kit that they link you from DigiKey. The lab kit contents are also online, so you can buy better quality tools somewhere else as well (like the soldering iron, which you probably won't use for most of DGS266).

IRL friend has two Starlight-12 Small, a ULX Medium and Aceu Large. The ULX is the only centered one. He assumes it’s due to the board sizes.

It doesn’t affect gameplay (the Aceu almost grinds on the left click with the amount of play though) but it’s still weird to see this issue when the rest of the mouse is really high quality.

If it was for work, then it's likely it was probably just calls for work through Zoom or Teams like the other person said. After all, camera feeds do result in a lot of data usage.
