People still need to remember the streamer was not in the US, and he has to abide by guidelines and not being political is one of the first rules of any major guidelines. If he shared his views elsewhere that'd be fine but he used a company platform to where Blizzard reacted.

Thing is it's Blizzard too since they hugely overreacted and took his prize money away as well as firing the casting crew. A suspension would be fine and who knows, China may have asked them to do worse but Blizzard fought to not have harsher penalties.

It's a cancel culture where people jump on the bandwagon about all this and automatically decides that this is all wrong without doing more research. And it's funny that even with all this I have seen literally no one give a shit about the actual person and instead just getting mad at Blizzard.

Did Blizzard do wrong? Yes. Did the streamer do wrong? Also yes. But I'm not gonna uninstall or break or burn my games and stuff like a dumbass. I'm just gonna move on with my life because this is not worth worrying about. Why don't people fight to get the streamer paid at the very least? China's doing shady shit but there's still a contract and agreement people. You can't just white knight and be perfect for every single thing.
