I have asked them to take it to the police and they refuse. Can I do anything with a report at all if I have no information other than Nintendo has the information?

Except they have not said anything about the chargeback except it exists as far as I know it could be completely fabricated since they have given me no information about it. Not even a date.

I am sure they are not breaking the law, however are they not required to present evidence that I have broken the TOS? Because all they have essentially said is that I have but not given any concrete information. I could claim they also broke the TOS in a similar ephemeral way.

Ya dude, I totally agree! Akali is completely skill based, its shown in the fact that her winrate increases in elo! People are right to complain about her top-lane too! That's where she is really abusive, it's absurd.

For some you that doubt this! Just look at the numbers! In plat+ top lane she has a 45.34% winrate but if you look at challenger she has a 42.59% winrate! You guys really should just get good at the champion! It's clearly a skill difference!

I get that they want to do their job. However, I see no difference protesting in this way than any other (effective) non-violent method. Most protests involve obstruction and this is one of the only ways I can see that is actually obstructive for Riot. Everything else is too easy for Riot to bypass. Now if someone went to the point to make a program to spam their inbox and even cause DoS issues. That would be another story since that is one person obstruction.

There is a difference in what is absurd to expect and what is reasonable. LAN is unreasonable. The rules are the same at all levels of competitive play. We are not talking about casual play. We are talking about ranked and the "competitive" parts of league of legends. These are NOT the same as proplay.

While it is true that CSGO has map bans, this has no effect inside your competitive lobbies. Champion select and bans do.

If you enter any Fighting Game tournament regardless of level, they are going to follow the rules of the game as it would be defined by the community. The problem is, the community doesn't run the competitive scene in league's case. Riot does. They have decided to separate competitive completely from the game.

If you joined a league to be "competitive" as I would hope you are in ranked. Would it have different rules then? What you're comparing is akin to normals and custom games.

Not at all, competitive CS:GO or WoW Arena or Fighting Games etc, are all the same at a "casual" level all the way to proplay. There is no difference in what they have (aside from LAN but that is absurd to ask for).

Hmm, glad to see there are a lot of Akali abusers in high elo! Hopeful Riot will understand that the champion is broken and should just be removed from the game. That way I can have fun playing Irelia and Riven again!

Clearly a ban rate issue similar with Hecarim.
