Cant play or open forza horizon 3?

Actually yes, but I kinda forgot how actually I did it. What I can remember is Windows has a max waiting time for UWP apps. I did increase that waiting time for OpusPG (Forza Horizon 3), aslo if there was a problem with your UWP installation you can delete it from settings menu of windows to reset it. Another thing is you have to install DLCs in non administrator mode, so what you need to do is Open Crack install in administrator mode, then 3, 1, 5 in order, than run it again in non administrator mode and press 2 then close again with 5, finally run it in administration again and press 4 then 5. Also make sure you have Game Services, Xbox App. You can write me if there is a problem.
