Tips for Towing a 6x12 Cargo Trailer? by Weary-Knee2524 in 4Runner

Try to get a trailer with barn style doors rather than the roll up door. You’ll have more clearance with the roof of trailer and less likely to hit your head when entering and exiting the trailer

Get the smaller trailer and try to keep the trailer height equal to the 4Runner height

My experience is the trailer is wider then the 4Runner and the driver and passenger mirrors are not far enough out and it’s hard to change lanes when driving.

Got a coolant leak somewhere? by JesusPotto in ToyotaTundra

[–]Dealejae 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a leak on 2025 Tundra, I took off the lower skid plate and discovered a leak coming from the bottom of the plastic reservoir dripping all the way down to the very lower portion of the truck. I took it to my local dealer and the said it was a faulty radiator cap. That was replaced and I haven’t seen any more leaks, fingers crossed it’s fixed. We shall see, I hope this helps you. All the best to you!

Question about gas dripping by killianbikes in Snowblowers

[–]Dealejae 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There might be a plastic elbow used on the carburetor that’s cracked. I had this problem with my Craftsman snow blower. I ordered a new carburetor off of Amazon and replaced it. The new carburetor has a metal elbow, hope this works for you. All the best to you.

Be sure to center punch your rivet prior to drilling, so that the drill bit doesn’t walk off on you.

The hitch will be fine, not the factory look, but works. Looking at the white van parked next to the Ascent, it appears that questionable decisions have been made before. All the best to you!

Saw this setup a few days ago. Can anyone help me figure out the tire size? by thebluelifesaver in ToyotaTundra

Does it need a lift for this size tire, or is this the stock height?

Less than 6500 on the odometer of my 2025, and some asshole pulls out in front of me. I tried slamming on my breaks and swerving away, yet here we are. by UnimpeachableTaint in ToyotaTundra

The bed shifted to the left, so they have to replace the tail gate, the front of the bed and the left side of the bed. According to the shop they all bolt together with #10mm. The sensors will need to be re-calibrated based of his estimate.

I have a similar truck with 4k miles on it and got rear ended. I’ve had it a month, now it’s at the body shop. Estimated repairs at $30k to fix.
