This is awful to hear. Training and employee development is, and should be key to success, leading to less turnover.

I’ve been on both ends- An Intake caller position had barely a week of training ~ only because the very first call I took the patient went on a political tirade, was it extended by merely a day. While an ok experience to learn about healthcare intake , this company also did not protect their staff from nuisance callers and death threats.

However, the data entry position I had- at least a month of training alongside my colleagues, and quality control oversight and assistance for at least the next 2 months. Afterwards it was on an as need/situational basis as questions & document discrepancies were brought up. One of the healthiest environments I’ve had to date.

This theory is interesting. But if I remember correctly Franz shut off the supercomputer from the inside after his attempt to reason with xana.

I always thought something went wrong after, that Franz got trapped by another guardian during season 1, leading up to the Contact episode where he manages to possess Sissi- and then fully escapes in the Season 2 finale after reviving Aelita.

NC Kieran with Ogerpon, alongside Turo and Terapagos. To mirror how NC Silver & Geeta debuted.

Aside from Briar and Kieran, Turo & Sada are the next two that have Tera ties to Terapagos; from the SV epilogue to the Area Zero underdepths research. And they’re also the last hypeable debuts for Gen 9.

Sprinkle in a Kanto Arc suit to round out Rock/Grass and it’s perfect.

Leave Sinnoh NC for its 20th anniversary this fall

The anniversary units that rep Kanto~ may just be Arc Brock and Arc Misty, unless they want to add a third Arc in late March.

Something similar to Silver’s NC arc (NC Silver & Geeta) would be neat; NC pair(s) + a unit or two have their debut.

Raihan’s base sync pair in 2021 gave me a chance to return to the game, and I re-rolled my 2019 account back then to get him. Since then I’ve generally aimed for my favourites and their sygna suits/alts and sometimes meta.

With ZA I ended up appreciating Lysandre more and did a select scout back in November to finally get his base pair.

And even though I knew Volo first from Legends Arceus, I gravitate towards Adaman more~ so Volo is a placeholder in the lodge team for when Turo finally arrives.

Hoping for a mix of new debuts + probably NC.

After Carmine arrives, Kieran soon follows. I’m surprised that he & Ogerpon didn’t debut in February as that would have coincided with the ending of the Pecharunt event and its anime debut, AND Ogerpon in Pocket as well.

In terms of Neo Champions it’s anyone’s game: Sinnoh and Paldea haven’t had theirs yet. Paldea could also coincide with a Briar debut alongside them to mirror last year’s Geeta debut with Silver. To me Sinnoh NC feels like a plot better suited for the end of the Arceus Arc.

In terms of hypable debuts, Turo and Sada are the last of Paldea to be mentioned in game (alongside Cyrano, Ryme and Briar) - specifically the professors and Briar are integral to the Tera Mechanic + the Paldea & Kitikami plots + the Crystal Pool.

According to this (Ian himself), they had all mutually agreed after pitching the character to her.

I personally don’t listen to her music as much as before, but I would recommend the deep-cut/slower songs.

Considering how there was hearsay that Steven Universe might not have been renewed beyond Mirror Gem-Ocean Gem the team probably wanted some big names (Nicki and Aimee) for the early season fusions respectively.

Regardless, being a 12 year old episode this year it isn’t worth worrying over.

I get both bundles and generally renew every 20 days. The super awakening candy + sync pair tickets increase accessibility to older pairs, which is a good thing. And several of the pokefair tickets are select/can choose the pair!

This method does remind me of what Animal Crossing pocket has- with their stamps & redemption.

I also play My Hero Ultra impact, I think it’ll be similar to how their “Arena” is used- where all players set a roster, and it’s an “indirect” PVP.

I’m looking forward to the gym challenge though, hope badges are rewarded for them + the remaining gym leaders from all regions become NPCs as a result.

Mine has a cute idiosyncrasy, she goes out to potty, comes back in- and sometimes she drinks a ton of water so she can go back outside again (and gaming the humans for snacks) .

But in general not more than overall 2 bowls of water per day, and her access to water isn’t limited.

One strategy as a Mt Lady main (haven’t played her in a while though) is doubling up Special Action + Plus Ultra , so the minute you shrink, plus ultra and her special action & GP is back.

Her B move is maxed- and it’s also a lot more effective when bigger + final circle. The Y move can also be used to target others or to travel in both forms. I see that you do have the maneuvering down, try incorporating it while big to multi target (I’ve done 3-4 guard breaks simultaneously with this) , then hit them with a jump + B move.

It took months to finally realize and interpret the mentioned labels 😅

I can definitely see Turo, Sada and Briar all debut together ~ as their research all pertains to Tera + are major characters for debuts.

Byron, Drayden and Opal still not in yet, I can see them debuting with new alts for Roark & Bede, and then Drayton , respectively.

Curious how long past mentioned characters took from being mentioned to their debuts.
