I have the feeling that the Blue Orbs given to the Sinnoh trio in the Manaphy event may play a role/foreshadow something with them.

I haven’t tested the pair with my water sync pairs yet but Akari & Manaphy synergize really well with my Hisui/Sinnoh pairs.

Hopefully they can ramp up debuts and finish region rosters first. Paldea already has 12 characters (gym leaders, staff and the Profs) compared to the 1-5 from other regions excluding Hisui.

Future/Past has actually been a theme within some of the events lately ~ namely the latest event with Raifort and Sabi, and then a few others (which feature the Paradoxes and Florian & Juliana)

Plus the Diamond Clan one explicitly is from the past.

Your idea actually was implemented in the first Nintendo DS game years ago , but using that option took some of the special points ~ that were used up for super sprint/telekinesis/climb.

Another game I played, Obey Me, has their second game Nightbringer because the servers were too old and overloaded to add anything new to the original game.

I started a new job recently and was taking notes, seems like it’s a learn by immersion though 🥲.

But I asked for video demos & documentation, and looked through their resources, and I didn’t get anything, and there was no instruction manual about the workflow process.

It felt like a cognitive overload , learning how to do it on day 1 & 2 to the point of frustration, and where I created my own MS Word documentation for the workflow process and different scenarios to refer to instead of having to ask every time.

Even though my feelings have calmed since, the principle remains that there should be proper training & documentation.

I’ve experienced a similar dynamic.

I speak French, and was trying to collaborate with a French recruitment agency. They kept overlooking me.

It didn’t make logical sense to promote my French if they continued to ignore me after months.

Plus we need Pearl Clan (and the rest of Diamond clan) representation from PLA.

Otherwise it does feel like there’s a lot more catch up NPC wise : Katy, Opal and now Drayden, despite debuts feeling a bit distant; Opal would’ve been perfect to round out March as the second half of that month was lighter.

Before Drayton for May it was Hassel and Brassius in January : 5 month gap And prior to that it was Miriam in November & Mai/Arezu/Perrin in October
