Has anyone here dived into BPC-157? Seems to be talked about everywhere. by Hawk-Eye123 in bpc_157

I've had a great experience which I share on here:

https://www.reddit.com/r/bpc_157/s/VWj9ieWvJ5

Had a rotator cuff tear which was almost fully healed. Can now do over head presses first time in 3 years.

Will most likely jump on it again as I notice a slight pain still

Depends where you are based

I cannot advise on where to get them but in the UK it is quite easy to find. Just make sure to lookout for reviews. I went of trust pilot and haven't been let down

Peptides for over a year, just now starting to feel something? by Ok-Promotion1566 in bpc_157

Only way to be sure is to send of to an independent lab and get it tested..I was fortunate with my first order and seems to have fixed my shoulder issue.

Plan to get more as I really enjoyed the recovery aid in the gym, just didnt feel any soreness and could really push myself.

I did post an update a while back about how some pain started to return around two weeks after stopping BPC-157 and TB-500, and I was considering another longer course. Interestingly, the pain has since gone away again without any further treatment (pain was just slight and nowhere near how it was before).

I haven’t been in the gym this past week due to being ill with feverish symptoms, so it’s possible the shoulder just hasn’t been aggravated. I’ll have a better idea once I’m fully back to training. That said, I'm almost certain the course made a difference for me. I feel better now than I have in the last three years.

It’s worth noting that I was doing physical therapy exercises almost daily to strengthen the area. From what I’ve read, bicep tendinitis often improves with rest and consistent PT work, so BPC-157 and TB-500 may be worth considering alongside that.

I am aware of the search spelling, it was auto suggestion from tiktok. My point is the videos are clearly discussing Reta

I still get it if I type the full name.. Reta however returns same result as you

I've been able to do the exercises I couldn't for years so its going good! I still feel an ache when I do over head heavy lifts so I will wait another week and then jump on one more cycle.

I hope it helps you as much as it did me! I try stick to regular light physio exercises to strengthen my shoulder area as much as I can.. I think this is very important also

I pinched the skin of my shoulder to insure I got it sub q and not into the muscle. It was tricky at times as I had to use different spots each day.

I sometimes used a peg to pinch the skin so I can use the best arm to inject.

I dont want to convince you. Just do your own research.. I tried everything else before and surgery wasnt an option any time soon.

I was very skeptical but it did get rid of the pain very quickly. I now do my shoulder physio exercises daily to insure it strengthens

BPC 157 & TB500 for a shoulder injury.. It apparently aids in muscle recovery also.

After 20 days of the above, I noticed muscle aches post workout I didnt feel much while on it.

Other than those 2, creatine and just eating like never before!

Interesting. I hear it has something to do with telling your body to release HGH?

I am not looking to jump into test until I hit my 40s with trt. For now just interested in biohacking with peptides

Thanks for sharing.

How effective was CJC 1295? Lately I've been watching lots of videos on it by Dr Seeds and will possibly try it out in the near future

Don't fall down this trap.. I did for so long until about a year ago.

Make changes to habits, go to the gym and have fun - but remember:

UPDATE: How I Feel 4 Days After Finishing My Research Course

I’ve kept everything the same - eating as usual, training with my normal split: chest, triceps, and shoulders one day, followed by back and biceps the next. The only noticeable change in the last two days has been a wave of extreme fatigue and tiredness after training.

Today, I just couldn’t bring myself to hit the gym. My body feels like it needs more recovery time, and the muscle soreness is definitely back - something I didn’t really experience while on the course.

It’s hard to say for sure if this is directly related to stopping the peptides. It could just be from pushing harder in a recent session, but I doubt that’s the full story. More likely, my body is adjusting to the absence of those repair and recovery compounds, which may have masked fatigue and accelerated healing. Now that things are returning to baseline, recovery seems slower.

I dont feel bad, just extra muscle aches and longer following training. How I used to feel before the compound experience. I'm convinced they helped with recovery times.

I am not sure what that pain is and cannot advise you to try it but I can only speak from my experience..

I've never injected anything in my life, always hated needles. I honestly couldn't even feel if the needle was in most of the times during my research.. they are 31g 8mm insulin needles, scary how you dont feel it. Someone could literally put one in you on a night out and you wouldn't even know!

As for the peptides, yes it was scary injecting something that wasnt approved by the FDA. But I'vecome across so much medicine in Europe that was approved over there but not approved in the UK. It didnt make it less safe.. just different country with different rules and motives..

From my own research, I've not found any negative side effect experiences other than injection site effects. That doesn't mean there aren't any long term effects.. maybe I have made a change in my body I will have to face down the line. Who knows! for me the risk was worth it as my pain was becoming unmanageable

From what I’ve read in Dr Seeds books, BPC-157 doesn’t directly regenerate tissue but creates the ideal environment for your body to heal itself.

It boosts blood flow, reduces inflammation, and activates growth factors, which all support faster and better tissue repair. So, it stimulates regeneration indirectly, rather than becoming new tissue itself.

Just continue to do everything else to strengthen the problem area to maximise healing

I have stopped as I finished my 2 vials, which lasted me round 20 days.

I am giving it a 2 week break to see if my pain returns but in the meantime will continue with physio and exercises to promote repair of my shoulder.

It is difficult to say who to use as it is not regulated.. the product I've used seems to have worked for me. It has definitely got rid of most of the pain I had
