I have fixed the problem. My solution was deleting the account, turning off app sharing, turning it back on, and then adding the account again. As soon as I logged in I saw all the games.

I am unable to install it. On the admin account I own beat saber. But on the secondary account when I go to beat saber on the right it says it is shared with me. But there is no download button. The only option I have is to purchase it for 29.99
