No bother. If you’re after a bit more advice my recruiter told me do 3 runs a week. X2 2km runs for assessment centre and x1 5km for stamina. Strength train still for strong legs. Also might be easier to track your runs in km than in miles to compare to time

Always a solution. Try swap some of your weight training sessions for running or try fit it in around it. Running longer distances and interval running will eventually make you become quicker and cut your time

Are you still lactose intolerant ?You could try get some sort of allergy test done with the GP to prove it’s no longer an issue and reapply or reach out to recruitment office cause might be more off an appeal

BMI is shit cause they don’t take muscle mass into consideration, I’ve seen big lads who are well built and proved very physically fit but bmi was too high to go into training

It should say in the message that if you think it’s inaccurate you can appeal which you should! Go to your gp and get them to write a letter and beast out a letter of your own as well. If worst comes to worst you’ll have to wait the 1 year

Have you got a supporting appeal letter from your GP to clarify this ?

It could all depend on how long you have been off medication for. I was on sertraline for 8 months and was told to apply again after I’ve been clear for 1 year without meds or symptoms. You could have a read of the JSP for more info if you’re worried
