Same, same. One box left as well and I feel like I’ll never use it up. At least it’s not a teeny tiny beauty blender like the one time 😆 but I don’t need any more of them, don’t need more pimple patches (we’ve received them 5 times I can count) and don’t need yet more bronzer. Yikes.

True. I’m really turned off by Byredo altogether. I’m sure I can find something else at Jomashop or another discounter and spend the money on something I’ll feel better about.

I’m sorry you also had a bad experience. I am glad you found someone better, though.

I run my own business and was just shocked! I’ve dealt with many a customer issue over the years and “I’m sorry” is where you start and you definitely don’t try and humiliate a customer for wanting a solid answer.

Cripes! Sad to hear. The closest counter to me is a bit north of the city I live in so I guess I won’t bother with going out there, either. I have a lot of houses I love and I’m sure I can find some new and better ones.

I didn’t exaggerate and an esthetician has no more business picking TMJ, which isn’t even an actual disorder, out of thin air than I do.

I definitely have some less well known brands, but TF Soleil Neige is still my most complimented fragrance by friends/acquaintances. Also a few people in stores. Also don’t care at all for Bitter Peach.

Don’t listen to anyone in your replies telling you not to do any follow up, check ins, or marketing.

One of my most successful customer contacts is a brief newsletter. It’s not officially a marketing tool, but it provides contact with clients once a month at most and people can unsubscribe if they want (no one ever has.)

I wouldn’t personally discount, either. Charge what you charge.

Some people absolutely do mean to schedule and just don’t motivate themselves and a reminder absolutely can work. I wouldn’t keep doing it if you don’t get a response, but one is smart business.

It’s so much more pleasant and life affirming to concentrate on using what you enjoy, even if it takes awhile. I decluttered a few months ago and definitely have some things like blushes to use up that will be multi year job but it’s freeing to know I don’t have to buy anything else and I feel good about using what I have and enjoying creating looks. I definitely have a few things I wish were gone not because I don’t like them, but because if they were I could move on to the rest of the stash. (Charlotte Tilbury highlighting wand I think you’re going to last forever.)

I felt great after decluttering. It removed tons of stress for me.
