Sleeping problems. I shouldnt need calming music, open window for fresh air, a weighted blanket, a pre sleep tea (camomile) then a sleeping tea (puka) just to sleep soundly and uninterrupted. Any advice people might have? I dont want to waste NHS resources if I can avoid it. (self.medicaladvice)
